Create, Own, & Operate with You Are Here Hospitality.

YAHH specializes in creating dynamic brands and sustainable businesses. With our long history of operational excellence and proven success, we run and own several of our own concepts. Learn more about all of our current, past, & in-development brands below.

  • East Side Pho

ESP is a little Vietnamese soup shop in East Nashville serving traditional and authentic pho, noodles, salads & snacks. Located at The Wash food hall and after opening in 2022, ESP has brought the culture & excitement of Vietnamese street food to the growing Nashville food scene.

  • Sweeza Super Quesadilla

Sweeza is our newest concept that recently opened in 2023, located at The Wash food hall (right next to ESP!). Sweeza is named as a play on the Mission District street food staple, the super quesadilla suiza. Specializing in Mexican-American cuisine, Sweeza serves quesadillas, tostadas, salads, & agua frescas.

  • East Side Banh Mi

East Side Banh Mi is the first restaurant and flagship of the YAHH portfolio. Located in East Nashville and opened in 2020, ESBM specializes in Vietnamese sandwiches, bowls and salads - everything is sourced locally and made in house, including the daily house baked bread which is the talk of the town. With one main location in East Nashville, ESBM also has 3 license location in California through Noshery.

  • SS Gai

SS Gai is another one of our recently opened concepts in 2023 & our third & final residence at The Wash. Owned by Chris & Emma Biard, SS Gai is a highly-rated & successful member of our Incubator Program. Built on the notion that flavorful Thai food can thrive in Nashville’s bustling dining scene, the menu is centered around traditional recipes of Thai chicken, grilled and fried.
